Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
